At Raj Loom Fashion, every order is handled with care, since many of our pieces are handcrafted and handloom-woven. This Shipping Policy sets out how we process, pack and ship your order, our delivery timelines, shipping charges, and what happens in case of delay, loss or damage in transit.

1. Order processing time

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Made-to-order, customised or heavily embroidered pieces may take longer to process — the expected timeline is shown on the product page.
• During sale periods, festive seasons or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.
• You will receive an order confirmation and, once dispatched, a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

6. Delays, loss or damage in transit

• Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, customs processing or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control are not within our direct control, but we will actively help track and follow up with the courier on your behalf.
• If your order appears lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us — we will investigate with the courier partner and offer a resolution (reshipment, refund or store credit, as applicable).
• If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery if possible, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video so we can assist promptly.

7. Incorrect address & failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may involve additional shipping charges.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where COD is offered as a payment option, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. COD orders may be subject to additional verification (such as a confirmation call or OTP) before dispatch.
