Welcome to therajloomfashion.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Raj Loom Fashion ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including browsing, creating an account, and purchasing our handloom and ethnic wear products ("Products").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Products & pricing

• We make every effort to display our Products, colours, fabrics and sizes accurately. Since our pieces are handcrafted/handloom, slight variation in colour, weave, print placement or embroidery between the image and the delivered piece is natural and not considered a defect.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and availability may change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — and will inform you and issue a refund where applicable.

3. Orders & payment

Placing an order on the Site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp message from us.

• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway partner(s). We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking details.
• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (where offered).
• In case of a failed transaction where an amount has been debited, the amount is typically reversed by your bank/payment provider within their standard timelines.

4. Shipping & delivery

• We ship across India (and internationally, where offered) through our courier and logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title to Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
• Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, customs or other events beyond our reasonable control are not our responsibility, though we will assist in tracking and resolving such issues.
• Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate — we are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect details provided by you.

5. Returns, exchange & refunds

• Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within the window stated on our Returns & Exchange page, provided they are unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Made-to-order, customised, or sale/clearance items may not be eligible for return or exchange, as indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method, or as store credit, within the timeline specified on our Returns & Exchange page.

6. Your account & conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order.
• Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable or impair the Site.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including product designs, photographs, text, logos, graphics and the Raj Loom Fashion name and branding — is the property of Raj Loom Fashion or our licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

The Site and Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raj Loom Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer under applicable Indian law.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as payment gateways, courier partners and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, terms or practices of these third parties, and your use of them is at your own discretion and subject to their respective terms.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302006
